Sticky Chilli Lamb Kofta






How to make

  • Roughly chop the red chilli, garlic, coriander and mint and add to the lamb mince
  • Add the salt and lime zest to the mix and make into two patties
  • Pan fry patties until golden brown and cooked through
  • Slice the red onion and red cabbage
  • Build your Gyros


  • 250 g of lamb mints
  • One red chilli
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • One small handful of coriander
  • One small handful of mint
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Zest of one lime
  • 2 tablespoons of mint yoghurt
  • Half baby gem lettuce
  • Half a red onion
  • Slice of red cabbage
