Sausage and Sauerkraut Wrap




  • 2 German-style sausages (a Bratwurst works well, but normal sausages are fine, too)
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 75g sauerkraut
  • 2 Deli Kitchen Brioche Style Wraps, heated according to pack instructions
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 10 crinkle cut gherkin slices
  • Small handful of dill, fronds picked

How to make

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6. Cook the sausages according to the pack instructions. Meanwhile, place the onions onto a baking tray, drizzle with the olive oil and season lightly. Roast in the oven for around 20 minutes, until browned
  2. Spread the sauerkraut onto 2 Deli Kitchen Brioche Style Wraps. Cut the sausages into chunks and divide them and the red onions between the wraps
  3. Drizzle over the mustard and mayonnaise and add the gherkins. Sprinkle over the dill, roll up the wrap and enjoy
