Salami Sandwich




  •  5 tbsp ketchup
  •  2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  •  A dash of Tabasco
  •  2 Deli Kitchen Sliced Focaccias
  •  1 baby gem lettuce, torn
  •  10 slices of salami
  •  100g mozzarella
  •  2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  •  A small handful olives, roughly chopped

How to make

  1. Combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce with a little seasoning in a small bowl. Spread onto the bottom halves of each Deli Kitchen Sliced Focaccia
  2. Top with lettuce, salami, mozzarella, tomato and olives and sandwich together with the top half of the Focaccia
  3. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and toast the Focaccia on each side until golden and the mozzarella has melted slightly. Tuck in!
