- ½ aubergine, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 75g halloumi, sliced
- 35g hummous
- 50g tabbouleh
- 1 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbread
How to make
Heat a griddle pan over high heat. Brush the aubergine slices with oil, season, and griddle for 5 minutes on each side, until golden and tender. Place onto a small plate.
Place the halloumi onto the griddle pan and cook for 2 minutes per side, until soft and golden. Place onto a small plate.
Place the hummous and tabbouleh into small bowls.
Toast the Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbread according to the pack instructions. Enjoy with the mezze.
