How to make
- Half a block of halloumi slice and cook for 30 seconds on each side until golden brown
- For the salsa roughly chop all the ingredients and mix together
- Slice to be tomato
- Spread The rest of paste onto the gyros
- Build the gyros
- 1/2 block of halloumi cheese
- 2 tbsp Harrissa paste
- 1/2 Beef tomato
For the salsa
- 1 plum tomato
- 1/2 Red pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic reduction
- Small handful of flat leaf parsley
- Small handful of coriander
- 2 tbsp mixed olives
