Greek Style Flatbread Harissa Haloumi






How to make

  • Half a block of halloumi slice and cook for 30 seconds on each side until golden brown
  • For the salsa roughly chop all the ingredients and mix together
  • Slice to be tomato
  • Spread The rest of paste onto the gyros
  • Build the gyros


  • 1/2 block of halloumi cheese
  • 2 tbsp Harrissa paste
  • 1/2 Beef tomato

For the salsa

  • 1 plum tomato
  • 1/2 Red pepper
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic reduction
  • Small handful of flat leaf parsley
  • Small handful of coriander
  • 2 tbsp mixed olives
