BBQ Pulled Pork Flatbread

PREPARATION (min)

  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of sugar
  • 75g coleslaw
  • 50g soured cream
  • 2 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbreads, heated according to pack instructions
  • 150g BBQ pulled pork
  • 4 gherkins, finely sliced

     

How to make

  1. Combine the red onion, vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt in a small bowl and set aside to pickle for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread the soured cream into each of the flatbreads, then add the pulled pork, coleslaw, pickled red onions and gherkins. Roll up and enjoy.
