Shredded roast Christmas ham gyros
- 500g roast ham (shredded)
- 1 carrot, very finely sliced
- ¼ red cabbage, very finely sliced
- 1 bulb fennel, very finely sliced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300g tzatziki
- Pomegranate seeds to serve (optional)
- 4 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbreads
How to make
- Mix together the carrot, cabbage and fennel. Add the lemon juice and zest, honey and olive oil. Season to taste.
- Serve in the Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbreads with the shredded ham and tzatziki.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
